Document that disabling a scheduled workflow or editing its trigger clears the next scheduled run, and add a note about workflow rate limits.
Changes
Expand the disable note in workflows/manage.mdx to cover the cleared next run on disable and on trigger edits, alongside the existing re-enable behavior.
Add a Rate limits subsection describing the 10-minute queue window, concurrency and credit limits, and guidance to stagger custom schedules.
Context
Follows up on mintlify/server#6030, which clears nextRunAt when a cron workflow is disabled or its trigger changes, plus a request to document workflow rate limits.
Note
Low Risk
Documentation-only changes to workflow management guidance; no application code or security-sensitive behavior is modified.
Overview
Updates workflows/manage.mdx under Disable a workflow so scheduled workflows are documented beyond re-enable behavior: disabling clears the next scheduled run, and changing the trigger recalculates the next run from the edit time (not the last run). Re-enable still recalculates from the current time.
Adds a Rate limits subsection describing the ~10-minute queue window, org workflow concurrency and credit limits, possible delays when many schedules collide, and guidance to stagger custom cron times.
