Task demo-gate-roster of the Local demo collaborators document (document id f78cedcd-a57a-5a2c-ae33-86d4ec83aa40, plan revision 34).
Adds
DEMO_PERSONAS(off by default; refuses startup unless local auth + loopback) and a bounded server-owned roster (Lily, Felix). Not yet wired into admission.Tests: bun test auth/demo, bun run types, bun run ci pass.
Flow
Landing validation
The two demo layers preserve their original patches on current main. Fresh CI, workspace types and 13 focused configuration, roster, admission and Chat tests pass locally. Independent standards and behavior reviews found no blocking issues. Full GitHub CI is running on both refreshed heads.
Final landing: full source CI, including the complete browser suite, passed before this unchanged-patch restack. #553 fixes the shared Linux bundle guard. The combined demo layers on main
221d3fb4pass fresh local project checks, types, 13 focused configuration/roster/admission/chat tests, and lane audit. Admin rebase merge skips repeating full CI for the base update.
