Task demo-admission-authorship of the Local demo collaborators document (id f78cedcd-a57a-5a2c-ae33-86d4ec83aa40, plan revision 34). Depends on #551, now merged into main.
Admission accepts an
actorclaim only for rostered IDs while DEMO_PERSONAS is on (checked on reconnect too), binds it to the connection, and authorship derives from it; the operator's principal/authorization/Planner ownership are unchanged. Chat retry fingerprints are actor-aware. Tests: admission-actor and chat actor tests, types, ci.Flow
Landing validation
The two demo layers preserve their original patches on current main. Fresh CI, workspace types and 13 focused configuration, roster, admission and Chat tests pass locally. Independent standards and behavior reviews found no blocking issues. Full GitHub CI is running on both refreshed heads.
Final landing: full source CI, including the complete browser suite, passed before the unchanged-patch restack. #553 fixes the shared Linux size guard. Fresh local project checks, types, 13 configuration/roster/admission/chat tests, and lane audit pass on the combined layers. The final main-based source tree is byte-identical to that tested tree after #551’s rebase merge. Admin merge skips repeating full CI after this metadata-only restack.
