Upgrades direct and transitive dependencies to the latest compatible releases, pins CI actions to immutable latest SHAs, completes weekly Dependabot coverage, and preserves existing deployment boundaries. Local audits, tests, and production builds passed; platform-specific Gradle, Maven, and Windows checks remain required CI gates. TypeScript 7 is held only where typescript-eslint has not declared support.
