I think i would prefer to keep adding gnome-boxes conditionally where it still works so they don't become orphaned on systems where gnome-apps pulled it in.

Testing the changes
Local build testing
NOTE: QEMU, which gnome-boxes depends on is arch-limited to 64-bit only, so having it in gnome-apps broke dependency resolution on i686 and arm.
