It looks like the gbinder-python repository has been moved under the Waydroid organization.
Because of that, I’ve updated both the homepage and distfiles to point to the new canonical location.

The previous URLs were still working, but they relied on redirects. To keep the package aligned with the current upstream layout and avoid unnecessary redirections, I decided to switch to the new paths.

I’ve moved this update to the Waydroid pull request instead: #59159

Since it is directly related to Waydroid, it makes more sense to keep the changes consolidated there.
