Description

Sets "agentGuidance": false in turbo.json.

Turbo 2.11 appends a managed <!-- BEGIN:turborepo-agent-rules --> block to AGENTS.md before every repository-scoped command when it detects an AI agent. The block adds a second # heading, which fails this repo's markdown/no-multiple-h1 ESLint rule, and shows up as an uncommitted change on every agent-driven pnpm build / pnpm test. The repo's AGENTS.md is hand-maintained, so the generated block is noise here.

Additional context

Verified with the installed turbo that a dry run no longer modifies AGENTS.md.

Created with the help of an agent.

Turbo injects a second H1 into AGENTS.md whenever it detects an agent,
which fails the repo's markdown lint and leaves an uncommitted change on
every agent run.
