fix: relay url
Attach the created Player to <video-moq> so autoplay, mute/unmute, and pause/play survive subscribe churn instead of stalling after unsubscribe/done events. Also stabilize live playback by fixing WebCodecs timestamp units, AAC decoder setup, audio task teardown, and demo bundle syncing so local dev and Pages deploys both serve the current player build.
