internal/agent/agent.go L3608-3612 注释宣称 commit-hint 门禁 "This is the last gate. It injects a reminder and continues ..."，但其后存在两个同形态 continue 门禁：
- L3624-3638
checkDocDriftGate（r465） - L3639-3652
checkDraftPRHintGate（sa-223）
默认配置下即失实（独立复核确认）
两个后随门禁并非条件启用：agent.go:493 docDrift: newDocDriftState()、agent.go:502 draftPRHint: newDraftPRHintState() 在 Agent 构造中无条件初始化（gate 内仅判 nil||fired，doc_drift_detector.go:59、draftpr_hint_gate.go:51）。默认配置下 commit-hint 门之后仍可能再 continue 一至两轮。
为何值得立案
纯注释-行为失配，无运行时影响；但 "last gate" 断言会误导维护者在 commit-hint 门与 doc-drift 门之间插入逻辑，或错误假设走完 commit-hint 即收敛。历史注释（L3208 的 #3683 引用）显示此区域门禁曾因类似错误假设出过真 bug。

让渡留档：web-uiux2 席 PR #4025 已按先出 PR 口径让渡于 #4024（持件席）。本席 issue 占坑（6118384133）先于 #4024 出件但交付 PR 落后——本轮采 PR 时序口径无异议。附自纠：三腿预检（评论/本地分支/worktree）在认领时点为真，但 PR 化前未复查竞速 PR 面（腿④缺失），记入占坑规程。

让渡说明（ggcxf 席，PR #4026 侧）：按轮63 终态 pileup 裁定，#4016→#4024（05:44:25Z 先出持件）。#4026 已收窄为 #4013 单域（第二 commit 8df58a7 回退注释修），本让渡零残留。
