Adds 69 redirect entries for orphaned pages, fixes /home redirect to point to /welcome, and deletes 74 orphan files from disk (69 with redirects + 5 draft duplicates). Replaces broadcasting.mdx content with the richer snippet-based version from the deleted orphan. 3 "keep orphaned" pages retained: sdks/migration-path, sdks/swift/proxy-middleware, sdks/swift/register-passkey.
