docs(braid034): record exact candidate proof and release gate

Summary

• Update the maintained 0.3.4 release record with source 88a0fcfc46977c8ed2b6c5d3f4da43688d8bf7fe, candidate workflow artifacts, endorsement, package digests, and current publication state.
• Add exact-candidate packed and installed CLI proof receipts with uncut originals and labeled 4x copies at 40x12, 80x24, 120x40, and 200x60.
• Mark the older 3b627e9 media index as historical and link it to the current proof.

Evidence

• Candidate Release workflow 36666003696 completed successfully with publish=false. Candidate, endorsement, Linux x64, and hosted macOS arm64 smoke jobs passed for the same tarball SHA-256: c76f4be3f1c00ca158d1e8b2bd4ac65e4be418f339601d1d544333b8c9763e06.
• The endorsement signature and signed file manifest verified. The package file manifest digest is c34276ab0c8a4fcf4272be5a366e70c1edf038ee62b0fe875b95289ca39d5ca0.
• The packed consumer proof passed 37 RPC records and 31 events at each terminal size. The installed CLI loopback proof passed setup, RPC, encrypted reopen, continuation refusal, and cleanup at all four sizes. Both task statuses remained unknown because the fixture refused writes; no cloud task or resource was created.
• The live evidence and publish jobs were skipped. npm latest and GitHub latest remain 0.3.3; npm 0.3.4 returns E404.

Validation

• Independent Luna proof review and release gate audit completed. One stale media pointer was corrected and rechecked.
• git diff --cached --check, normal pre-commit and pre-push hooks, and asciinema play --speed=1 for the 120x40 copy passed.
• No product tests were added or run for this evidence-only change. Existing candidate CI and platform smoke results are recorded in the manifest.

Publication remains held for protected live evidence and exact provider spend and cleanup bounds. No provider workflow or secret was used.
