Docs: Update Next.js guide to use Webpack plugin and clarify Turbopack compatibility #2497

Hi,

The recent v4.3 release blog post mentions that the new Webpack plugin is faster than the PostCSS plugin. However, the Next.js installation guide hasn't been updated yet and still uses the PostCSS approach.

Additionally, there seems to be a conflict regarding Turbopack. While the Tailwind blog suggests the Webpack plugin can be used in Turbopack via the compatibility layer, the official Next.js documentation explicitly states that Webpack plugins are not supported in Turbopack.

Could you please clarify the recommended approach and update the documentation?
