This pulls in SQLite 3.52.0 from upstream. sqlite3_trunk.c is updated to match, with the exception of a SQLITE_WARNING log if the wal was wrapped during checkpointing after the header was already read. Updates tailscale/corp#37997 Signed-off-by: Percy Wegmann <percy@tailscale.com>
