I think that this is already patched in main, so maybe just a new release is necessary?

This matters a lot more when it's the first release of a new major version. I don't want to read 3.x docs, the API might have changed significantly.

This was fixed in #409; I just need to do a release. I do one soon.

This is released in 4.0.2.
