cypress→ 13.17.0 (was 13.13.3), matches new ^13.17.0 range.@cypress/request→ 3.0.10 (was 3.0.1) → requiresform-data~4.0.4.form-data→ resolves 4.0.6 (patched). The oldform-data@~2.3.2 / 2.3.3block is gone.form-dataversions: 3.0.4, 4.0.0, 4.0.5, 4.0.6 — all past CVE-2026-12143 fix.
