Replace the eager iframe with the aura snippet approach: the hero backdrop paints the scene's palette immediately, and the live embed is requested only after the page has loaded, painted, and gone idle, then fades in once its scene has settled. Reduced-motion visitors keep the static palette. Drop the intro-loader hold, which a placeholder-first backdrop no longer needs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Animating the two oversized glow layers under the hero ran permanently and halved the desktop frame rate (68 fps against 120) while multiplying style recalculation. The hero keeps the loader's base and glow colours as a static background; the slow handoff to the aura scene is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the original live Aura scene behind the homepage hero. It starts after page readiness, reveals only after validated light-frame captures, and retains the same iframe across offscreen pauses. Reduced motion and provider failures retain the existing static background.
Validation on 1 October 2026: production build and lint passed; all 222 tests passed; all 10 loading-budget cases passed without budget changes. Visual checks covered 390, 768, 900, 901 and 1440 px, normal initial loading, delayed uncached navigation, reduced motion and JavaScript-disabled privacy content. The vendored meter reproduces from its pinned upstream source and patch script. GitHub CI and Netlify deployment passed for be3bd81. All 24 deployed route/release/redirect checks passed, as did live desktop/mobile offscreen drawing, resume and reduced-motion checks.
Controlled full-Chromium desktop comparisons covered complete 16-second DAW loops in forward/reverse variant order. The retained 20 fps cap reduced parent task time from 151.5 to 130.9 ms/second (~14%) with comparable cadence. This is not a claim of faster loading, field INP or battery improvement. Mobile evidence is limited by two live readiness timeouts. Aura's own frame rate is unchanged; 60 fps is not required. Actual hidden-tab worker behavior remains unverified.
Active preview: https://deploy-preview-24--openstudiodev.netlify.app/ (the older openstudiowebsite preview is stale). See docs/hero-aura.md for the implementation and dated measurements.
GA4 account correction verified on 1 October 2026: disabled automatic history page views in the production website stream. Both desktop and mobile runs of npm run verify:analytics passed against https://openstudio.org.in: exactly four views for four navigations, correct referrers and engagement attribution, three installer click events, no provider requests before consent, and real Clarity upload generation. Test uploads were intercepted. This clears the previously outstanding analytics check. Commit 1fffd98 records the result in documentation; application code is unchanged from the tested be3bd81. See docs/analytics.md. No merge has been performed.
