Switching to draft - in Rust 1.94, D32 support was unconditionally added for armv7a-none-eabihf, making this change moot. But also, that seems like a bug. Discussing on Zulip. |

The D32 bug for ARMv7-A targets should be resolved by rust-lang/rust#160911. We can just go to the appropriate nightly once that is merged. |

Found a few spots where the new zynq examples from #202 were missing, so I added them.
I also added checks for D32 mode.
