Normal Data

It is normal for a volunteer to have only one case, but some volunteers have two or cases (usually youth who are siblings)

Court orders (mandates) get set by the judge every ~6 months. Usually most of the same ones are kept, maybe slightly modified.

Volunteers make various contacts constantly, but some volunteers only enter them into the system every week, every month, or when reminded by a supervisor.
