TODO:

  1. Add build number and checksums when available

Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only change adding a new release-notes page; low risk aside from potential inaccuracies in version/CVE/checksum content.

Overview
Adds a new rs-7-8-6-tba.md release-notes page for the Redis Software 7.8.6 (May 2026) maintenance release.

The page documents included Redis DB/module version compatibility, supported platform matrix, known issues/limitations, and an extensive list of upstream Redis CVE/security fixes, with download checksums left as placeholders to be filled in later.
