chore(deps): fix dev-dependency security advisories - #840

Lockfile-only upgrades via yarn up -R (all dev-scope): vitest, @vitest/coverage-v8 and @vitest/* 4.1.11->4.1.12 (@vitest/mocker, medium x2; vitest pins it exactly), vite ->8.3.5 (high, medium, low), brace-expansion ->1.1.21/5.0.12 (medium), compression ->1.8.2 (high), fast-uri ->3.1.9 (medium), follow-redirects ->1.16.1 (high), launch-editor ->2.14.2 (high x2), proxy-addr ->2.0.8 (critical), shell-quote ->1.12.0 (critical), source-map-js ->1.2.2 (high). package.json unchanged (existing resolutions already cover js-yaml, fast-uri, esbuild, uuid). All 18 alerts addressed; none left.

Closes the 18 open Dependabot alerts with a lockfile-only upgrade. vite moves to 8.3.5, and vitest with its
@vitest/*packages to 4.1.12: vitest pins@vitest/mockerexactly, so 4.1.12 is the only way to its fix, and the existing^4.1.11range already allows it.package.jsondoes not change; the existing resolutions cover the rest.yarn install --immutableyarn test
