Bump yauzl and hugo-extended in /docs#1774

Removes [yauzl](https://github.com/thejoshwolfe/yauzl). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [hugo-extended](https://github.com/jakejarvis/hugo-extended). These dependencies need to be updated together.
