Explain when checksums are verified during a partup install command and consolidate the documentation in that regard.

Add a "Checksum Verification" section describing both mechanisms used by
"partup install": the optional MD5/SHA256 verification of input files
before writing, and the automatic SHA1 read-back verification of raw data
after writing. State which write types are covered and which are not, and
expand the --skip-checksums description accordingly.

Describe that md5sum and sha256sum are checked before writing, and that
the SHA1 verification reads the written data back from the device,
including both eMMC boot partitions. Fix the option name to
--skip-checksums and cross-reference the new usage section.

Extend the checksum feature bullet with the automatic SHA1 read-back
verification of written raw data.
