- Line 938: In the save flow, check the status returned by
query_tool_connection_check after reconnecting with connect_as_transaction_user
and before calling _check_and_connect; when the status is false and no response
is available, return the connection-lost service-unavailable response instead of
passing a missing trans_obj to _check_and_connect.

- Line 37: Update the reconnect helper’s user check to also handle a stored role
when no user is recorded. Retrieve conn_role independently and pass it to
conn.connect alongside the optional user, preserving the existing bare connect
behavior only when neither conn_user nor conn_role exists; add a role-only
reconnect scenario.

…anged to. pgadmin-org#10613 When the Query Tool's connection had been changed to a different user or role and was then lost, the main connection was re-established with a bare connect(), logging in as the server's own user, so queries silently ran as a different role from the one shown. Reconnect with the stored user and role, as the autocomplete connection already does, and report a failed reconnect instead of running the query on the dead connection. Closes pgadmin-org#10613

Summary
connect()inquery_tool_connection_check(),check_transaction_status()and_check_and_connect()(save), so it logged in as the server's own user and queries silently ran as a different role. All three now go through a newconnect_as_transaction_user()helper that uses the storedconn_user/conn_role, as the autocomplete connection already does since Fix Query Tool autocomplete running as the wrong user, or failing, after changing the connection to a different user. #7619 #10582.StartRunningQuery.execute()now returns that error to the user, rather than running the query on the dead connection, which only reported it as lost and offered another reconnect.Test plan
