The docs are built by the pathsim/docs repo from the source via AST, the sphinx setup in
docs/is outdated.Removed: sphinx config, rst pages, autosummary and module pages, static assets, Makefile, make.bat, requirements, readthedocs config and the
docsextra.Kept:
docs/source/exampleswith the notebooks, used by the docs sitedocs/source/pathsim_docs.mplstyle, loaded by the notebooksdocs/source/logos, referenced by the READMEThe documentation URL in
pyproject.tomlnow points to docs.pathsim.org/chem.
