Current status (will be edited)I haven't yet tested this particular branch on a racklette, but the changes are generally covered by a robust test suite and they worked four months ago. I intend to test these together with the other PRs on a racklette soon. |

This replaces Tufaceous v1 with Tufaceous v2 in Nexus, Sled Agent, and a couple of other crates. Closes #10734.
This PR is independent of (but somewhat useless without) #10676.
