Fix 1 — tracing/tracing.go: semconv/v1.21.0 → v1.24.0 (matches what OTel SDK v1.24.0 uses internally, resolving the conflicting Schema URL error).

Fix 2 — scrape/testdata/ca.cer: Regenerated using the existing ca.key. New validity: 2026-06-03 to 2036-05-31. Both server.cer and client.cer still verify correctly against the new CA.
