Ubuntu install_dependencies: liblapack-dev and libblas-dev (ofxOpenCv on arm64) - #8603

… on aarch64 ofxOpenCv's linuxaarch64 section links -lblas -llapack (added in openframeworks#7928 for the Raspberry Pi), and the Debian script installs liblapack-dev and libblas-dev, but the Ubuntu one didn't: on Ubuntu arm64 every ofxOpenCv app failed with 'cannot find -llapack / -lblas'. Installs both like the Debian script (harmless elsewhere). Tested on Ubuntu 24.04 aarch64: ofxCv's example-contours-basic links with ofxOpenCv's config unchanged.

On Ubuntu arm64, every app using
ofxOpenCvfails to link:The
linuxaarch64section ofaddons/ofxOpenCv/addon_config.mklinks-lblas -llapack(added in #7928 for the Raspberry Pi).scripts/linux/debian/install_dependencies.shinstallsliblapack-dev libblas-devfor that, butscripts/linux/ubuntu/install_dependencies.shdidn't. This adds both to the Ubuntu list, next tolibopencv-dev. They're small, and harmless on other architectures.I kept the flags in
addon_config.mk. A native link doesn't need them, since OpenCV's shared libraries already depend on BLAS/LAPACK, but cross-compiling against a sysroot (the Raspberry Pi CI) may, so installing the packages is the safer fix.Tested on Ubuntu 24.04 aarch64 with openFrameworks master: ofxCv's
example-contours-basicfailed withcannot find -llapack. With the two packages installed, it links, withofxOpenCv's config unchanged.
