This PR introduces the Code Generation, a Continue VS Code Extension blueprint, an AI-powered coding assistant that brings code completion, chat, and inline code editing directly into the developer environment using enterprise-deployed language models. The blueprint features real-time autocomplete with context-aware multiline suggestions, an interactive chat interface for code explanations and problem-solving, and a targeted edit mode for inline code transformations and refactoring, all powered by Llama 3.2 3B through a secure APISIX/Key Cloak/GenAI Gateway
