Pinned runner labels drift as images are deprecated (macos-12 is already decommissioned; ubuntu-latest migrates to Ubuntu 26 on Oct 19, 2026). Align all workflows on -latest.

Replaces pinned GitHub Actions runner labels with
-latestacross all workflows:ubuntu-22.04/ubuntu-24.04→ubuntu-latestmacos-12/macos-14→macos-latestWhy
macos-12is already a decommissioned label (its matrix jobs can no longer start), andubuntu-22.04is retired for new runners.ubuntu-latestlabel migrates to Ubuntu 26 on October 19, 2026; running on-latestnow surfaces any incompatibility three weeks early instead of after the cutover.-latest(e.g.addons/lint_release.yml) — this aligns the rest.Scope
Runner labels only — no tool version changes (bun / node versions untouched). CI on this PR validates the jobs still pass on the newer images.
