What changed in this PR
This weekly sync updates the Microsoft Graph permission catalog and deployment metadata used by DevX tooling.
Changes:
- Adds permission definitions for Copilot cost management, case management, cross-tenant identity mapping, Agentic Security, repositories, and MCP access.
- Expands endpoint mappings and adjusts least-privilege annotations across existing permissions.
- Refreshes deployment identifiers, visibility, enablement, and permission names.
