Recreated Impact CSV v13 template with the resilient numeric-typing fix. Viva/Copilot metric columns absent from the type map are now converted to numbers (each inside a try, so a stray non-numeric value can't break the refresh), fixing blank collaboration visuals on CSV loads. CSV parameter is blank (distribution-safe).
