Pump touch during boot waits so Start/Skip respond immediately, auto-open SoftAP setup on touch boards, show the setup URL beside the QR, advertise the captive portal via DHCP option 114, and stabilize SoftAP join by pausing STA scans and answering non-A DNS queries as NODATA.
