Fixed in #145, now merged into main. Changing a download's speed limit now updates the download card, speed selector, and info panel immediately. Remote downloads also receive live segment updates.
Regression tests were added for local settings updates, remote responses, and server events. Thanks for reporting this! Please try the latest main and let us know if you still see stale status.
When you start a download on the sample app and change the speed, the new speed is not reflected on the download card or the info panel. The segments info is also not updating.
