Fixes WPS argument parsing when
--no-pixieand--no-nullpinare used together.Previously,
--no-nullpintook precedence and re-enabled Pixie Dust. The flags are now handled independently.Added a unit-test matrix covering all combinations of
--pixie,--no-pixie, and--no-nullpin.
