Component bindgen panics on a type alias imported with use #1938
Description
host_bindgen! panics when an interface uses an alias that another interface defines.
package a:b;
interface t { record p { x: u32 } type q = p; }
interface h { use t.{q}; f: func(x: q) -> q; }
world w { import h; }index out of bounds: the len is 0 but the index is 0
The panic is in Ctx::lookup_uvar. Using the record directly works, and so does an alias used within the interface that defines it.
