The version-pin CI check compares hyperi_versions against hyperi-ci and fails on drift. hyperi-ci moved golangci-lint to v2.13.1 after this repo's last green run, so every new PR fails the check regardless of content.

The
version pins vs hyperi-ciCI check compareshyperi_versionsagainst hyperi-ci and fails on drift:hyperi-ci moved golangci-lint to v2.13.1 after this repo's last green run (Aug 30), so every new PR fails this check regardless of content — confirmed on two unrelated Ansible-only PRs (#76, #79) touching disjoint files and no pins.
One line, aligning with hyperi-ci as the check's own message prescribes.
