Hi Nate. Appreciate your question.
Would you like to use Menu for GNUstep applications on OpenBSD? Then you'd have to port at least the Eau theme as well, because Eau is what sends (exports) the menu items to the Menu application. And for things to run as expected, I would imagine we need to use the versions of GNUstep that are used in https://github.com/gershwin-desktop/gershwin-developer.
Personally, I have never run OpenBSD, so I don't know how much effort would need to go into it. It is something that always lands on my TODO list for "later". I don't think it is impossible to do, I just don't know how much effort it would be.
