Manually published to NPM and trusted publishing is setup.

We shouldn't merge this until trusted publishing is setup.

I've tested output by comparing the files in local copy of grafana/grafana node_modules/react-data-grid/lib to a local build of this branch and the differences look to be due to upstream fixes from rolldown and rolldown-dts-plugin. @fastfrwrd would you be willing to do the same and confirm for me I'm not missing anything here?

Once that is done I will manually publish this to NPM then do the trusted publishing dance and we can merge this PR.

I verified the output of this branch locally.

• I checked this branch out locally and ran ./publish.sh to create https://github.com/grafana/react-data-grid/tree/jackw/create-release-builds w/ the commit 69430b5
• I installed this version locally in grafana/ui, and confirmed that the version of the package in node_modules/react-data-grid/package.json was 7.0.0-beta.57.
• I ran the application and manually tested all the gdev dashboards for table panel
• I executed all playwright tests for table panels (kitchen sink, nested, footer, sparkline, logstable, markdown) and all tests passed.
