Curating a new topic or collection
https://github.com/topics/[NAME]orhttps://github.com/collections/[NAME])*.pngimage (if applicable) andindex.mdindex.mdconform to the Style Guide and API docs: https://github.com/github/explore/tree/main/docsThe blazing-fast tag is already in heavy use. Sort https://github.com/topics/blazing-fast by stars and you get hundreds of repositories across Rust, Go, Zig, C, and C++, but the topic page itself has no description, so nothing tells people what the tag means or what these projects share. The contributing guidelines favor curating topics that are already widely used and would benefit from added context, which fits here.
On the content itself: index.md stays neutral and concise per the style guide, I added a related line (rust, go, performance, optimization), and left out wikipedia_url since there is no article for the term. The logo is a gopher from Maria Letta's free-gophers-pack, released under CC0 (public domain), resized to a square 288x288 PNG at 37 kB.
