fix(slack): code-format footer ids and link traces

summary

• wrap the footer conversation id in inline code so Slack does not parse the channel segment as emoji-like mrkdwn
• render the footer trace id as inline code and link it to the trace explorer in the sentry org
• add/update unit coverage for both footer item construction and rendered Slack blocks
