Description

The PR contains the following updates, useful to better visualize high resolution data (CERRA, N320 etc..):

  • Restructure the plotting folder. New structure containing one file per class:
bar_plots.py (class BarPlots)
line_plots.py (class LinePlots)
score_cards.py (class ScoreCards)
quantile_plots.py (class QuantilePlots)
plotter (class LinePlots)
plot_utils.py (helpers)
plot_orchestration.py (controls the plotting)
  • implement datashader for plotting instead of matplotlib (possible useful alternative for high resolution data). use_datashader = true in global_plotting_opts to enable it.
  • add the possibility to define custom colors for the ratio_plots and summary_plots for each run_id
  • automatically adjust marker_size and fig_size for high resolution data

N320 pred (healpix artifacts are now more visible)

CERRA (from a screenshot. quality is not that good after uploading, but it gives an idea. )
