Extends the image_srcs attribute of the requirements rules (feature_requirements, component_requirements, assumed_system_requirements) to accept .png files in addition to the previously supported .svg files.
Previously, the allow_files filter rejected .png inputs at the Bazel analysis phase, making it impossible to embed PNG diagrams in requirement descriptions via .. image:: directives.
