add versioning of requirements

• Added :version: 1 after every :status: line in all 1258 need directive blocks
• Appended [version==1] to every ID in all cross-link fields (complies, satisfies, links, contains, responsible, output, input, approved_by, has, supported_by, realizes)
• Reformatted fields with ≥ 4 IDs to one-per-line continuation style (239 fields reformatted)
• Applied transforms inside code-block:: zones too as much as possible (e.g., the template examples in process_management_templates.rst)

Note: this needs to be merged and released together with docs-as-code eclipse-score/docs-as-code#599, as there is a circular dependency. Metamodel there, examples/application here, docs-as-code is based on requirements, requirements are based on docs-as-code.
