Create new top-level modules/configure/ Antora module by extracting all configuration content from administration-guide. Also apply JTBD content quality audit to Configure and Upgrade modules. Configure module (43 pages, 8 partials): - Nav structure: platform config, workspace config, networking & storage - page-aliases added for all moved pages - Image moved from discover to configure (devworkspace-config-attribute.png) Upgrade module JTBD audit: - Overview concept with upgrade path and pre-upgrade checklist - Remove generic persona snippets, fix meta-commentary abstracts - Navigation reorder to user journey progression - Fix content types (approval strategy, web console → PROCEDURE) Content quality fixes: - Update :description: and :navtitle: to match JTBD standards - Fix title: "Enable container run capabilities" → "Run nested containers" - Update xrefs from administration-guide: to configure: across modules Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
