Maybe add redirects for the removed pages (+ carry their existing aliases) to the _index.md?

Quick, first-pass fix from feedback for the refreshed node/python guides.
The CI, K8s, and SSSC topics were mostly copy-paste and nothing unique for each language. Removed from all language-specific guides.
We already have generic guides for GHA, K8s, and Scout.
