High FPS hero video

Summary

• use a 120 fps, 720p hero MP4 with 0.5s keyframes
• regenerate the hero poster from the encoded, tagged video asset
• quantize hero scrubbing at 120 fps
• switch from the poster fallback to the blob-backed video frame once frame 0 has presented

Validation

• pnpm --config.store-dir=/Users/ntwigg/Library/pnpm/store/v10 --filter mouseterm-website run build
• browser probe on localhost confirmed the blob video is displayed at frame 0 after load before scrolling
