Dear Core Team, could you please review these initial changes for the Bogotá 2026 edition? We have verified the site locally with Hugo and ensured that all assets and configurations follow the global guidelines.

Event Launch: Initialized the DevOpsDays Bogotá 2026 edition page.

Venue: Set the official location at Centro de Convenciones Compensar (Av. 68).

Content & Legal: Added welcome, registration, and CFP pages, along with multilingual Code of Conduct (EN, FR, PT-BR).

Core Team & Branding: Added photos for organizers Alvaro, Laura, and Rafael, and uploaded the official 2026 logo.

Sponsors: Added initial sponsors, with their respective assets and configuration.

• 2025 Config Reverted: The accidental description change in data/events/2025/bogota/main.yml was successfully rolled back (dea4dcb).

• Green Pipelines: All 9 automated CI/CD checks have successfully passed, and the Netlify deploy preview is perfectly stable.
