Add Framer plugin

Framer has its own server that lets an AI agent read and edit Framer sites, but it is not in our plugin list yet.

Changes

  • Add a Framer plugin that connects to Framer's server at https://mcp.framer.com/mcp. People sign in with their Framer account; there are no keys to paste.
  • Add Framer's logo, a readme, a changelog, and a license.
  • List Framer in the plugin list and in the main readme table.

Notes

  • The plugin check passes (node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs → "All plugins validated successfully.").
  • Framer's sign-in accepts http://localhost and https://www.cursor.com/... return addresses. It rejects cursor:// and grokbot://. So the plugin sets "placement": "server", which makes Grok Bot sign in through Cursor's hosted https address.
  • Not tested: a full sign-in from Cursor or Grok Bot, and the list of tools (Framer only shows tools after sign-in).
  • Still to do outside this PR: create the Framer publisher in Anytool (name framer, contact plugins@framer.com, repo https://github.com/framer/agent-plugins, website https://www.framer.com, logo https://misc.framerstatic.com/logo-black.svg).

Note

Low Risk
Additive marketplace plugin and docs only; no core runtime changes, though authorized users can edit Framer projects per Framer’s OAuth scope.

Overview
Adds a new Framer Cursor integration so agents can work on Framer sites, pages, and CMS content via Framer’s hosted MCP server at https://mcp.framer.com/mcp.

The new third_party/framer package follows the usual third-party plugin layout (plugin.json, mcp.json, README, changelog, MIT license) and wires auth through MCP OAuth (Dynamic Client Registration + PKCE, no manual API keys). "placement": "server" routes Grok Bot sign-in through Cursor’s hosted HTTPS callback because Framer only allows http://localhost and https redirect URIs.

Framer is also registered in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the root README integrations table.
