Sets the version to 1.1.0 so the "Publish NPM Package" workflow can publish it to latest.

1.1.0 has the same code as 1.1.0-beta.0 (#9), which is on the beta tag now. On pull request builds that check out a merge commit, it reports the pull request's last commit instead of the merge commit.

Every published version of @currents/playwright, @currents/cmd and cypress-cloud pins 1.0.1-beta.0 exactly, so moving latest changes nothing for their users. They get this version when a reporter release pins it.

After merge: run "Publish NPM Package" on master with channel latest.
