## Summary Two related cleanup passes on the `examples/` folder: 1. **AI agent docs** - unified AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md across example apps per SSW Rules. Root and `examples/AGENTS.md` carry shared monorepo + TinaCMS context; per-app AGENTS.md holds only framework-specific deltas. `CLAUDE.md → AGENTS.md` symlinks at every location. 2. **Playwright parity + polish** - Next.js and React kitchen-sinks previously had only frontend specs. Now all four apps have matching coverage.
